who are looking to appoint a
HR Data Analyst
on an
3-6 month interim basis
.
Reporting into the HR Business partner, the role will involve providing key data insights for stakeholders throughout the business. As a HR Data Analyst, your role will include:
* Collating and analysing key HR metrics with a focus on absence management
* Highlighting areas where issues are impacting performance
* Conducting in depth analysis of HR People Metrics
* Interpreting large data sets to identify key trends
* Producing visual reports that tell the story behind the data
* Support HR leadership with evidence-based insights to drive change
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Data analysis role and will have Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills. Our client would also consider a Graduate with strong experience in translating data who is immediately available.
