The role:
Identifying when you need a specialists help is really important, and thats exactly what this SME has done. Having grown through acquisition of businesses over the last 5 years they recognise that whilst each business within the group needs to keep its own individual identity, there needs to be some marketing strategy put into place, so theyre looking to hire their very first Marketing Manager.
The role will be all encompassing, but your first role will be to define the marketing communications strategy and set a baseline whether that be for the websites, literature or social media channels and then to implement it.
