Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager to expand their presence across the Midlands and the North, winning new-build BMS projects, upgrading existing installations, and converting competitor-controlled sites through strategic maintenance and upgrade pathways.

Responsibilities
* Winning new-build BMS installation projects
* Driving upgrade and lifecycle replacement opportunities with existing customers
* Converting sites from Trend, Siemens, Honeywell and other platforms
* Building strong relationships with consultants, FM providers, and end-users
* Delivering against ambitious growth and revenue targets
Qualifications
* 5-7+ years' experience in BMS sales or technical BMS roles
* Proven success securing projects, upgrades, and maintenance contracts
* Strong knowledge of BACnet systems and major BMS platforms
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A self-starter with strong commercial awareness
