Role Summary And Impact

Open Connect is designed to accelerate BT businesses growth by leveraging the power and capabilities of GroupM and its agencies, through partnerships with the world’s leading digital platforms, advanced accreditations for digital practitioners, and continued development and deployment of industry‑leading benchmarks. The successful candidate will develop their career with EssenceMediacom, continually improving and expanding on their programmatic skills with growth opportunities. They will work across a diverse client base and help shape and inform client strategy.


Account Management

* Manage day‑to‑day campaign activation across relevant accounts, ensuring team operates at highest standard and delivers best‑in‑class campaigns.
* Manage client output and prioritisation of tasks, delegating to relevant team members, ensuring team productivity.
* Manage client communication in a timely manner.
* Manage workflow, tasks and utilisation of extended team in Delhi.
* Oversee planning, optimisation, reporting and campaign management.
* Manage and deliver campaign reporting and insight.
* Deliver client KPI’s and objectives.
* Ensure clients receive a high level of service at all times.
* Manage operational process and workflow in line with best practice.
* Support Programmatic Account Director in designing, delivering and managing responses to briefs from planning team and clients.
* Ensure complete accuracy in campaign bookings, reconciliations and billing.
* Ensure accuracy in budget management.
* Manage performance of campaigns to ensure client KPIs are being met.


Campaign Delivery

* Ensure campaigns adhere to the quality assurance framework and follow pillar guidelines.
* Conduct benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.
* Produce, use and deliver suitable historical results & insight from reports.
* Support management of viewability, quality, brand safety procedures per campaign (e.g., create and manage inclusion and exclusion lists, ad‑fraud and audience verification tools).
* Technical services support and troubleshooting – e.g., tag sufficiency, trafficking, troubleshoot pixel issues with publishers and internal teams.
* Assist in any briefing catch‑ups with client or client teams.
* Work with technical partners and Programmatic Account Manager to produce reports as agreed at planning stage.
* Assist where needed in any PCA/QBRs for client/client teams.


Operating and Technical Requirements

* Demonstrated knowledge in Programmatic.
* Capable of supporting team and/or members reporting directly into you, ensuring they work effectively for the best of clients’ and/or internal teams needs, allocating necessary training where needed.
* Develop good working relationships with client teams & manage their expectations, with support of Programmatic Account Director and Associate Director.
* Identify opportunities for automation, driving efficiency and simplifying tasks.
* Develop an understanding of the services we offer and how we offer them.
* Develop skill sets to become an expert in Programmatic workflow.


Skills And Experience

* Practical understanding of Programmatic campaigns and the technology involved to run them.
* Moderate level of experience in optimising digital media across one or more channels including Google Display Network, Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Effective and efficient working style.
* Language skills desired.
* Reporting experience and understanding of analytics tools.
* Highly organised.
* Team player.
* Excellent written & verbal English language skills/grammar; a strong communicator.
