As a Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will:
Oversee the management and development of quality services for young people.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Implement and maintain a behavioural framework within the home.
Provide effective leadership and promote team development.
Manage staff resources and ensure effective communication strategies.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Monitor and evaluate service quality and performance standards.
