About Our Client
A new opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a successful business based in Guildford. (20-25 hours per week - over 5 days)
Job Description
1. Provide full administrative support to the team
2. Deliver excellent telephone customer service
3. Onboard clients onto our systems
4. Maintain clients' data, including addresses, on databases and portals
5. Handle daily post, scanning, saving, and distributing to relevant team members
6. Manage and review clients' online accounts with HMRC
7. Maintain client trackers
8. Prepare standard HMRC letters
9. Package and upload tax returns and other documents to client portals
10. Assist with any other administrative or client-related tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Experience with Xero accountancy software (preferred)
