If you are an experienced administrator seeking a new role or wishing to progress within People and Organisational Development, this could be the role for you. We seek an exceptional candidate to process contractual changes, starters, and leavers accurately and promptly, including data entry into our People Management Information Systems (iTrent), while providing excellent customer service to HR stakeholders. This role supports several areas across the University; therefore, being organized, able to multitask, attentive to detail, and accurate are essential. If you can manage your time effectively, maintain a professional attitude, and work well in a team, you are who we are looking for.
We are recruiting for a full-time (37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE) fixed-term position until 31st July 2026 to cover a secondment.
We operate a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be expected to work on campus part of the week at the University’s Pontypridd campus. We offer several employee benefits, including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
