Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Travel Requirements: None Location: Norfolk, VA SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator, Lead to provide logistics support across procurement, picking/kitting, shipping, and material closeout for the RLGN/RLG program to ensure accurate accountability and timely delivery of program and fleet requirements. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Perform picking, kitting, staging, and issue of material to support production, field activities, and fleet requirements. Track and manage material and shipping costs. Maintain material price analysis spreadsheet, capturing multi-vendor cost data to support accurate budgeting, estimating, and proposal development. Track legacy Field Change (FC) CCAs and coordinate with OEM for testing, reformatting, and re-qualification activities. Source and procure materials required to support RLGN/RLG production systems, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with the Master Delivery Schedule. Execute material closeout activities such as conducting final physical inventories, documenting material disposition, and coordinating task transfers. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all material movements, kitting actions, cost tracking, and procurement activities. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Six (6) years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property. Five (5) years supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management. Computer proficiency with MS Office applications. Understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) inventory management systems and techniques.
