Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented Brand & Showroom Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about jewellery and fashion with strong administrative and communication skills. The Brand & Showroom Assistant will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, brand consistency and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Support Assist with improvements to brand representation and executing across digital and physical retail locations. Support the Marketing team with preparation and execution of supplier and retailer events e.g. pop-ups. Assist with the Marketing team with photoshoots and campaign preparation. Support with asset management for brand and marketing campaigns. Support with social media planning and content scheduling. Assist the Sales team with monitoring retailer B2B systems and portals. Responsible for updating our internal records with important retailer information. Sales & Customer Experience Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone. Assist with order processing, tracking, and monitoring of stock. Help manage retailer and supplier communications. Administration Assist with inventory tracking and stock management. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and couriers. Maintain the housekeeping of our showroom space. Skills & Qualifications Strong interest in jewellery and fashion. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok preferred). Personal Attributes Creative, proactive and eager to learn. Reliable and able to work independently.
