As our Marketing Executive, you will own the end‑to‑end content engine, managing our accountant‑focused podcast and social distribution. Working directly with the COO, you’ll orchestrate experiments across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to build Meshed into a dominant category leader.

* Work with the COO to analyze performance data, iterate on distribution strategies, and identify high‑performing content for promotion.
The ideal candidate:
* A high‑agency, "deeply online" individual with 0‑3 years of experience who instinctively understands social algorithms and internet culture.
* Proven ability to create compelling content, featuring strong skills in tools like Figma, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
* A proactive experimenter who can move from spotting a trend to shipping a high‑quality execution with speed and good taste.
