đŻ ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Brand Manager, youâll play a key role in shaping how our customers see, feel and experience our brand. Youâll lead the delivery of our brand plan and growth priorities, ensuring every touchpointâfrom campaigns to contentâreflects a consistent, highâquality brand experience.
Working closely with teams across the business, youâll translate brand strategy into clear plans and priorities that guide the brand teamâs work. Youâll also help evolve our brand positioning, look and feel so it continues to resonate with customers and support the direction of the business.
In this role, youâll oversee content across all channels, maintain brand consistency, and influence the full customer journeyâfrom awareness all the way through to advocacy. By using customer insight, performance data and your understanding of what truly drives engagement, youâll help us optimise experiences and strengthen both brand perception and commercial performance.
Youâll line manage the Assistant Brand Manager and collaborate with key teams including eCRM, Customer Care, Sales, E-commerce, Development and Performance to ensure we deliver a joinedâup, meaningful experience. Youâll also manage timelines, budgets and act as an escalation point for brandârelated delivery challenges.

Youâre a commercially minded brand professional with solid experience delivering multiâchannel brand activity and turning strategy into meaningful customer experiences. Youâre organised, collaborative and insightâled, with strong judgement around messaging and performance. Above all, youâre motivated by building a brand that customers can trust and connect with.

Essential
* 3â5+ yearsâ experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within a consumer, services, D2C or subscription business, or at a creative agency supporting D2C clients.
* Proven experience delivering brand plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
* Confident working crossâfunctionally with sales, digital, CRM and customer teams.
* Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, multiâchannel marketing and customer journeys.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to link brand activity to performance.
* Strong judgement around language, tone of voice and messaging, with the ability to brief, review and improve content.
* Able to work with insight and performance data to guide decisions and prioritisation.
* Understanding of how customer insight is generated and used.
* Degree or equivalent experience in design, digital media or a related field.
* Customerâfocused, insightâled and a clear, confident communicator.
* Collaborative, proactive and deliveryâdriven.
* Calm, resilient and able to work well in a fastâmoving environment.

* Experience working in a regulated, sensitive or trustâbased sector.
* Involvement in brand evolution, repositioning or proposition change.
* Experience working with advocates, influencers or external partners.
* Experience managing and developing direct reports.
* Training in brand strategy, customer experience, behavioural science or insight.
* Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, performance marketing or experimentation.
* Experience with advocacy, referral or socialâproof programmes.
* Awareness of emerging discovery behaviours (e.g., AIâassisted search).
* Commercially astute with a natural interest in how brand activities drive growth and value.
* Strong prioritisation skills and comfort balancing pace, quality and impact.
* Pragmatic with a focus on practical, effective delivery.
* Resilient under pressure, especially when working with competing demands or tight deadlines.
