Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Belfast.
The role offers up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella, inside IR35. It is an on-site position in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with an estimated start date of 1st October 2025.
About the role
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for HR and payroll? Our client is recruiting for two HR & Payroll Administrators to support a dynamic team in Belfast. This is ideal for someone with a few years’ experience or a recent graduate eager to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).
* Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
* Serve as the first point of contact for attendance queries.
* Generate reports for payroll and HR as needed.
* Manage data uploads and manual payroll adjustments.
* Administer leave types and resolve system errors.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration.
* Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
* Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry.
* Communication: Clear verbal and written skills.
* Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving issues.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
