Key Responsibilities
Machine & Asset Care
Perform selected Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
Support machine performance and reliability.Health & Safety
Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
Complete risk assessments, report incidents, and submit near misses.
Adhere to all safety policies including PPE, LOTO, Knife Safety, and others.
Participate in 6S inspections and continuous safety improvements.Quality Assurance
Ensure only calibrated equipment is used.
Assist in SOP development and product testing.
Manage questionable stock and ensure product quality meets specifications.Supply Chain & Reporting
Communicate with supply chain for material replenishment.
Report material usage and complete line performance metrics.
Maintain visual management boards and ensure smooth shift handovers.Machine & Asset Care
Perform selected Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
Support machine performance and reliability.Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
FLT license preferred.Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of production processes and computer literacy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with leadership potential.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
