Salary: £32,156 per annum plus excellent benefits
Location: Liverpool, Office Working with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. Hours: 35 hours per week.
Contract Type: 6-month fixed term contract.

What will your role be?
As an IT Support Officer you will be working as part of our IT Service Desk, making sure that our IT Systems are available and working so that South Liverpool Homes can deliver great homes, strong communities and bright futures. Youll be service-oriented, friendly and professional, and youll manage incidents and service request tickets across our infrastructure and applications. Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within an IT Service Desk, delivering a great customer experience and managing incidents and service requests. We'll want you to be on site in our office in Liverpool for 4 days per week, to make sure we stay close to our colleagues and technologies. Youre not expected to be an expert in everything, but youll already have knowledge of some of the following: Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Managing laptops, Managing mobile devices, Managing Printers, Windows server administration, Azure, Networking, Orchard Housing Enterprise and similar housing applications.
