An Ofsted Outstanding education provider, is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join our growing Building Services team.

About the Role
As a Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to 16-18-year-olds, apprentices, and adult learners on Electrical Installation programmes up to Level 3. You'll also be involved in curriculum development, assessment, progress monitoring, and student support.
We welcome applicants from industry who may not yet have teaching experience. If you bring real-world knowledge, enthusiasm, and a desire to teach, we'll support you to gain your teaching qualification.
What We're Looking For
✅ A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
✅ Industry experience in the electrical sector
✅ A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
✅ A desire to motivate and support learners to achieve their best
