Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Bristol & Somerset
We are working with a well-established, client-focused law firm expanding its Residential Property team across Bristol and Somerset. They are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to help meet growing demand.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and first registrations.
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
* Provide high-quality client care in a proactive and collaborative environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
* Solid client care skills, proactive mindset, and confidence using Microsoft Office and a case management system.
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
