The Role:
To lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
Recruit, train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver a high standard of service
Monitor occupancy levels and bookings, as well as ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the rooms
Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner
Manage budgets, stock control and the ordering of supplies
