Caddy Group are looking for experienced Commercial Electricians on a permament basis for work round Central/Greater London.
Skills required
* An experienced commercial electrician, with a minimum City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications/NVQ.
* An individual who has previously worked within commercial projects, within hospitals, schools, offices, including plant rooms etc.
* You will be able to read drawings efficiently
* You will be used to working unsupervised and on own initiative
* You will also be used to working as part of a team and take supervision/instruction accordingly
* Have a high level of interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients
* You will have a “can do” attitude, working to deadlines, be focused, passionate about your work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed
* Full Driving licence
* Please note you must be able to achieve a DBS certificate/Baseline Personal Standard Security Clearance
Roles and responsibilities
* Install a range of systems within client's premises, primarily in commercial settings, including schools, hospitals, offices etc.
* Meet & maintain high quality standards
* Work in a safe and controlled manner, following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements
* Ensure you manage and maintain any risk, controls in the working environment to maintain colleagues and public's safety
* Raise project concerns with project manager
* Site supervision of junior engineer/s
Schedule:
* Monday -Friday 08:00am – 5:00pm
Education:
* BS7671 18 Edition Wiring Regulations
* Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ
* Inspection and Testing (Desirable)
* SSSTS (desired)
Experience:
* Electrical Installation and Maintenance : 3 years (required)
Salary
* £45,000-£52,000 per annum (depending on experience)
