The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to pupils with additional needs, working closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to create a nurturing learning environment.
* Supporting individual pupils as a Learning Support Assistant on a 1:1 basis to help them access the curriculum
* Adjusting classroom activities and materials to suit different learning styles
* Collaborating with staff to develop and deliver effective support plans
* Encouraging emotional development, independence, and positive behaviour
About You
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with patience, dedication, and a real passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Prior experience working with children with SEND is preferred
* Ability to adapt and think creatively when supporting learning
* Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, encouraging approach
