Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of all operational activities. From managing a diverse security workforce to ensuring compliance and driving internal efficiencies, your leadership will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term business success.

Key Objectives
* Maintain constant communication with site managers, staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations
* Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and compliance protocols
* Improve internal processes to increase operational capacity and service delivery
* Track staffing requirements and manage recruitment as contracts expand
* Ensure operational activities are delivered on time and within budget
* Contribute to maintaining a culture of trust, inclusion, and performance excellence
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a large, mobile team of security professionals across multiple client sites
* Oversee scheduling, rostering, and personnel coverage to meet contractual SLAs
* Act as primary contact for clients regarding operational matters and service performance
* Conduct and manage regular site visits, audits, and quality checks
* Partner with internal teams (HR, finance, compliance) to improve systems and support operations
* Manage data collection and reporting to track productivity, costs, and compliance
* Ensure compliance with SIA licensing, health & safety standards, and internal procedures
* Manage inventory of uniforms and other operational equipment
* Oversee effective management of vehicle fleet
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of proven success in an operations management role (preferably in security or a service-based industry)
* Strong understanding of workforce planning, client management, and regulatory compliance
* Experience, performance metrics, and operational systems
* Excellent ability to lead and delegate while maintaining quality and control
* Proficient in business software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, scheduling or HR software)
* Effective conflict management and business negotiation skills
* Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries
* Familiarity with security-specific technology and scheduling systems
