We are recruiting a Romanian-speaking EU Operational Support Lead to join our European operations team. reporting to the EU Operations Success Manager for Europe, supporting outsource EU operations.
This Operations support role is responsible for:
* Providing our Third-party administrators with support and guidance to ensure the delivery of an excellent customer service
* Conducting regular audit oversight activities to drive quality and performance within the operation
* Working collaboratively with key areas of the business to ensure all administrative services are completed
Other responsibilities include:
* Creation of MI reports.
* Supporting the complaint/claim referral process for all Romanian campaigns.
* Supporting the third-party administrator with claim queries and escalations.
* Coaching and training others.
* Delivering presentations on performance and change initiatives.
* Auditing and improving operational quality and compliance measures to drive performance.
* Conducting customer journey reviews by identifying and driving process improvements.
* Ownership for the delivery of year objectives aligned to required performance standards.
* This operations support role consists of 30% administration support and 70% operations support.
You will have the following skills:.
Previous Experience:
* Experience of working in a regulated environment.
* Experience working in financial services or telecommunication is a preference but not essential.
* Administration and/or call centre experience – working at a management level is a preference.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Fluent in English and Romanian.
* Proficient in common Microsoft Office packages.
* Highly organized with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
* Ability to use initiative and effectively problem solve.
