CRM Management & Maintenance: Oversee the daily administration of the HubSpot CRM, including data accuracy, user permissions, and system configurations.
Database Optimisation: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records by implementing data hygiene practices such as deduplication, contact segmentation, and lead scoring.
User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users.
Build dashboards and customized reports that deliver actionable insights on marketing, sales, and customer service metrics, helping teams track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
Campaign & Content Management: Support marketing and sales teams by managing campaigns, including tracking performance, A/B testing, and analysing content interactions within HubSpot.
Keep up with HubSpots updates and releases, implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to enhance CRM performance and usability.

Experience in HubSpot Administration: Proven experience (2+ years) working as a CRM Administrator, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot's CRM tools, including automation, reporting, workflow building, pipeline management, and integrations. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and APIs is a plus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in managing data accuracy, ensuring segmentation and workflows are set up correctly, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
Communication & Training Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience training teams and creating documentation to support CRM processes and best practices.
A proactive learner who keeps up with HubSpots new features and changes, staying current with industry best practices and CRM technology trends.
