Location: Civic Centre, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY

Contract Duration: 5+ months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 219.47 per day

Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee casework for individuals with special educational needs.
Collaborate with educational institutions, families, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to families and individuals.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Experience in case management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of special educational needs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an educational setting.
Knowledge of local government operations.
Relevant qualifications or certifications.
