AEG Presents – the team behind world-class tours, festivals and venues across Europe – has reopened Watford Colosseum. We’re looking for a Deputy Front of House (FOH) Manager to help lead our bars, cloakroom and merchandise operations and ensure every guest has an amazing experience from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering an exceptional Front of House experience
o Supporting the day-to-day running of all FOH areas, including bars, cloakroom and merchandise.
o Leading and motivating the FOH team to deliver outstanding service across every touchpoint.
o Creating a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for both staff and guests.
* Managing people and building culture
o Recruiting, onboarding and developing a brilliant FOH team.
o Organising engaging quarterly training sessions to keep everyone informed, compliant and inspired.
o Promoting a culture that's collaborative, inclusive and aligned with AEG's values.
* Driving performance and accountability
o Supporting the FOH Manager with stock management – overseeing controls from purchase to sale, regular stocktakes, line checks and stock transfers.
o Helping to manage budgets and financial performance, working closely with the Regional General Manager to forecast and hit targets.
o Ensuring staff meet uniform standards and represent the venue with pride.
* Championing safety and compliance
o Acting as a Health & Safety lead – ensuring all FOH staff are trained, aware of venue policies, and committed to keeping our guests safe.
o Supporting event management planning and compliance with licensing and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a similar high-footfall, customer-facing role within live events, hospitality or entertainment.
* Confident managing teams and handling performance, rotas, and administration.
* A valid Personal Alcohol Licence.
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends and late finishes – that’s when the magic happens!
* Strong understanding of event operations, health & safety and stakeholder management.
* Experience working with VIPs and high-level guests.

Location & Working Arrangements
Where: You’ll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.
