Job Title: Business Operations Support Manager Salary: £29,700 - £38,550 Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office) Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week) We are looking for a Business Operations Support Manager to join our English Product Group and help us deliver excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with our Quality and Risk Managers to ensure key areas of our business operate within a robust Quality Management System and also that we are effectively managing risks and business continuity. Your work will enable us to remain resilient and deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, foster customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement. About The Role In this position, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Governance, Quality, and Risk Team across the English Product Group. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager (Quality) to maintain and enhance the Quality Management System and Cambridge English's internal and external audit programmes. Conduct internal audits as required, with full training provided. Partner with the Business Support Manager (Risk) to maintain and update Business Continuity documents—including Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans—ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the collection and analysis of KPI data for reporting purposes. Coordinate and contribute to projects related to Quality Management, Governance, and Risk. About You To succeed in this role, you should bring: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior managers and academics. Proven ability to plan and prioritise your own work, with experience in writing and editing reports and management information. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in stakeholder management, communications, and engagement at senior and cross-functional levels. Knowledge of examinations, publishing, or English language teaching, ideally in a global context.
