* Strong academic background
* Prior Teaching Assistant / Teaching experience is highly desirable
* Passion for education and learning
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Experience in lesson planning and assessment
* Can work independently and as part of a team

* Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted
