Job Description
Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, supporting with all generalist people matters at a busy, unionised distribution site.
This will include but not limited to:
* Deal with a wide range of employee relations casework
* Support with employee engagement and retention projects
* Support with recruitment
* Organise and assist with training and development activities
* Provide HR advise and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
* Assist site managers with absence management
* Assist the HR Manager with HR projects and initiative
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisor background in a similar role
