Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and create/drive an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team.
* Be a customer‑experience pioneer, turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and ensuring repeat visits.
* Coach and mentor your team, supporting development through on‑the‑job training, coaching, and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate—build lasting cross‑functional relationships between retail and head office.
Requirements & Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above with a track record of delivering exceptional results from KPI to people in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* A true leader who believes in empowering the team to be the best versions of themselves.
* Highly organised, a problem‑solver who can think on their feet and implement innovative processes and routines.
