As the Utilities Coordinator, you will help coordinate the work between the design team, utility companies, and the construction teams on site. You'll make sure all designs and plans meet the right technical standards, follow regulations, and stay on track with project timeline. Responsibilities: Helping manage communication between designers, utility companies, and project teams. Checking that designs meet all technical and safety requirements. Making sure documentation is completed and ready for approval such as permits, consents and as-built records. Assisting in programme planning and progress reporting. Helping spot and solve issues early to keep things on schedule. Supporting change control and design reviews.
