Your Role
As Production Manager for our Global Programmes, you will manage the process of bringing ideas into the physical world, providing technical guidance and ensuring commercial success. You will oversee live, virtual, and hybrid conferences worldwide, collaborating with creative, business, client, and technical teams.
What You Bring
* Passion for corporate events, curiosity for technology, innovation, and design.
* Experience in event production disciplines: set design, fabrication, structures, staging, print, logistics.
* Understanding of AV, lighting, rigging, streaming, virtual platforms.
* Strong supplier network across multiple markets.
* Financial acumen, budget management, negotiation skills.
* Ability to learn new technologies related to content creation and broadcasting.
* IOSH certification and understanding of CDM 2015 regulations.
* Ability to create and interpret CAD drawings and floorplans.
* Excellent client communication and expectation management skills.
Daily Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver high standards in pre-production and onsite operations.
* Manage projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
* Build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Innovate and improve production processes.
* Manage budgets, documentation, and deliverables meticulously.
* Collaborate on CAD drawings with the experience design team.
* Serve as SME, fostering confidence and trust.
* Ensure safety and compliance, creating risk assessments and safety plans.
* Lead onsite teams during build, live, and de-rig phases.
* Support pitch development and pre-production planning.
* Refine internal processes for quality and efficiency.
