With modern facilities, beautiful grounds, and a College community that’s supportive, connected, and proud of what they’ve built together, you’ll have everything you need to bring your best ideas to life. /p h3 What You’ll Do /h3 ul li Lead with purpose: Mentor and develop a passionate group of OSHC educators, building a professional, caring culture that children, families, and staff love being part of. /li li Design impactful programmes: Plan and deliver programmes children genuinely look forward to – creative, developmentally rich experiences embedded in My Time, Our Place, that families trust and children love. /li li Lead operational excellence: Manage the day to day operations of a large OSHC service including enrolments, rostering, budgeting, and compliance, with strong support and induction into the NQF and ACECQA regulatory framework. /li li Build community: Develop warm, genuine relationships with children, families, and staff that make everyone feel like they belong. /li li Drive improvement: Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), embedding a culture of reflection and high standards across your team. /li /ul h3 About You /h3 p You’re an experienced educator or OSHC leader who is passionate about creating safe, enriching environments where children thrive. You may come from an OSHC leadership background, early childhood education, or primary teaching.
