Role Overview – Your Mission
We're looking for a full-time Field Sales Specialist to join our Oxfordshire-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, solving problems, and guiding customers through their journey to a greener lifestyle.
You'll be responsible for:
Engaging with clients and understanding their needs
Delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish
Driving sales and liaising with our sales operations manager
Supporting clients with product information and training
Working closely with our friendly and knowledgeable team
Following up on pre-qualified leads provided by the company

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven sales and sales management experience
Previous training experience is a plus
Industry experience in renewables and/or electrical systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
