About the role
We are currently recruiting a Service Facilities Coordinator to join the Business Support team, responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across large, convenience, and distribution stores. The goal is to ensure a clean and tidy environment for customers and colleagues. The role involves inspiring change, developing personal skills, and delivering excellent results through outstanding service.
Responsibilities
1. Track and evaluate cleaning supplier performance, using feedback for continuous improvement.
2. Support supervision of budgets and finances for cleaning services, ensuring efficiency.
3. Collaborate with suppliers to enhance cleaning operations and implement innovative solutions.
4. Gather and act on feedback from stores and customers to improve standards.
5. Lead communication related to cleaning operations, providing stores with relevant and up-to-date information.
6. Engage in innovative cleaning projects, including co-botics, new equipment, and onboarding new suppliers.
7. Work with various teams to ensure effective delivery of cleaning plans and support store operations.
8. Support key change programs and propositions.
9. Ensure training materials are current and engaging, supporting colleagues in maintaining cleanliness standards.
10. Lead projects and trials, assessing operational impacts on stores.
11. Adhere to the business code of conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
Minimum requirements
* Experience in retail and understanding of maintaining clean environments.
* Knowledge of service facilities, especially cleaning operations.
* Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources effectively.
* Supervisory skills with a focus on timely completion of tasks.
* Budget management skills.
* Basic computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Customer-focused approach to improve customer experience.
