We are now looking for a new Lettings Administrator on either a part time or a full time basis. The Lettings Administrator role will start as a one year contract, but can develop into a permanent role. TheLettings AdministratorRole: As a Lettings Administrator you will assist the Lettings Team with administration, file progression and the marketing of properties. The role involves but is not limited to collaborating with Applicants and Landlords to obtain the right documentation, arranging and uploading professional photos, videos, floorplans and EPCs, drafting invoices and requesting payments, generating standard letters and agreements, file audits, producing reports, answering phones and seeing to customers in Lettings Team absence. The Successful Lettings Administrator Candidate: Minimum two years experience in a customer facing role GCSE grade C or higher in Maths & English Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel Numerate and confident working with figures Fluent in English with good communication skills, written and verbal Ability to take ownership and responsibility over own work Experience in the property industry, knowledge of Reapit software or relevant equivalents would be an advantage The role is based in our East Finchley branch. Part-time or full-time Maternity Cover role with the possibility to extend or become permanent.
