In this role, you will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across the campus facilities. You'll ensure that buildings remain safe, efficient, and fully operational, supporting a first-class environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical maintenance activities, including planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. Inspect, maintain, and repair a range of electrical systems and equipment. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues when required. Ensure workshops and stores are kept clean, organised, and well-stocked.About You Electrical qualification: Minimum Level 3 NVQ and 18th Edition. Experience working within a maintenance team. Knowledge of lighting systems, emergency lighting, and power distribution (230V and 400V). Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CAFM systems.
