We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the new Silverstone Facility. As a trusted member of our team, you will provide key administrative support across our finance and commercial functions. You will play an important role in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on costs to help drive financial efficiency and support informed decision‑making. With a strong focus on Excel, you will use your analytical and spreadsheet skills to manage data, produce accurate reports, and contribute to robust financial processes within a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
* Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Maintain and update cost databases and financial records
* Prepare regular cost reports and assist with variance analysis
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
* Assist senior team members with financial reviews and reconciliations
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with established processes
* Follow clear instructions and adhere to internal procedures
This position is ideal for a junior candidate or someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to learn, build strong technical foundations, and develop within a supportive and structured environment.
