* Preparing and submit Benefit in Kind (BIK) - Car and Car-related Benefits
* Annual Statutory Accounts, XBRL
* Review GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test
* Prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision
* Finalise corporate tax computations for review by HO and tax consultants
* Review and maintain record for capex for new / replacement of fixed asset requisition
* Maintain asset register
* Maintain demo car record for every franchise and prepare costing for demo disposal and registration Capex
Finance Executive (1 position)
* Prepare monthly closing journal
* Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules
* Assist in review of sales ledger and purchase ledger reconciliation
* Review monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
* Assist in review of debtors aging reports and vendors statement reconciliation
* Prepare commissions for payroll submission
* Prepare payroll journals
* Prepare payments to vendors, applications for Banker’s Guarantees
* Assist in the review of GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test
* Assist to prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision
* Assist to prepare corporate tax computations for review by HO and tax consultants
* Monitor daily cashflow requirements and updating daily reports
* Liaison with financial institutions for all banking relating activities. i.e., opening & closing of bank accounts, updating of bank signatories etc. (where applicable)
* Attending to banks queries
* Provide advice, guidelines and instructions to shared services centre and operations on day-to-day accounting matters
Requirements
* Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of working experience or Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 1-2 years of working experience, more experience will be considered as Senior position
* Able to work in fast-paced environment
