Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch+Clark)
A very rare opportunity for an exceptional solicitor to lead and build a brand-new private client team at a prestigious firm. This unique role is designed for an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney. In this position, you will manage your own caseload and shape a dynamic team of legal experts while the firm continues to expand private client services.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and developing the Private Client team while providing direction and mentorship.
* Managing a diverse range of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, and Probate.
* Delivering exceptional client care, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently from inception to resolution.
* Supervising and supporting junior staff, including paralegals and assistants.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, agents, and colleagues.
* Expanding the team and enhancing the Private Client offerings to better serve the clients.
Qualifications and attributes:
* STEP Qualification (or actively pursuing).
* At least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a solid track record in managing complex private client matters.
* Extensive experience in wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
* A strong ambition to build and lead a team with a vision for departmental growth.
* Confidence in managing a caseload independently, supported by administrative staff.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* An enthusiastic, compassionate, and adaptable approach to client care.
