Commercial Litigation Partner – Liverpool
Amazing opportunity to join a leading Commercial Law firm in its Liverpool office as a Commercial Litigation Partner.
I'm working with a highly regarded Legal 500-listed commercial law firm with a strong foothold in the North West to recruit a Commercial Litigation Partner for its Liverpool office. This is a brilliant opportunity for either an established Partner or a Senior Associate ready to make the step up.
While the primary focus of the role will be on high-quality commercial disputes, there is a significant proportion of commercial property litigation within the caseload, making it an ideal opportunity for a litigator comfortable handling both areas.
The workload will include:

* Shareholder, partnership and contractual disputes
* Professional negligence and warranty claims
* Insurance and wider commercial disputes
* Property-related cases such as lease renewals, dilapidations and transactional disputes

This firm already has existing work to service, so while business development skills are always welcome, a following is not required. What matters most is experience, commercial nous and the confidence to act as a trusted adviser to both SME and institutional clients.
