Responsibilities
* You will lead and design digital identity initiatives, driving strategic development in this area
* You will lead consulting projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM solutions
* You will advise both external and internal senior stakeholders on best practices, improvements and strategic direction
* You will design and deliver training programmes, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld within IAM environments
* You will proactively contribute to business development activities, sales support and long-term relationship building
Required Skills
* You speak German at a Native/C2 level, and fluent English
* You have a clear, extensive consulting background
* You are energetic, driven and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
* You are a strong communicator who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders
* You have relevant experience across IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM topics and tools
* You have knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements
* You have demonstrable pre-sales and sales support experience
* You have experience developing strategies and working closely with senior stakeholders
