1. Lead the full lifecycle of bespoke automation projects – from concept to commissioning
2. Own client relationships, stakeholder communication, and delivery standards
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (controls, software, mechanical, workshop)
4. Manage documentation, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
5. Provide technical input for proposals and support business development
