Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Criminal Defence Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE) at a well-established law firm in Liverpool. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of criminal defence matters from instruction to completion
* Representing clients at Police Stations and Magistrates' Courts
* Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of criminal matters
* Preparing cases, including drafting legal documents and liaising with counsel
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 2 years PQE in Criminal Law)
* Police Station Accreditation (preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of criminal law and procedures
* Excellent advocacy, communication, and organisational skills
