Job Overview
We are seeking current and former athletes with a competitive mindset to join our unconventional and dynamic outside sales team. The role emphasizes a “leave it all on the field” mentality, rewarding effort directly in pay and fostering a culture of continual challenge.
Responsibilities
* Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
* Set follow‑up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
* Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
* Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need services.
* Build and maintain a personal book of business.
* Meet with the sales team manager to discuss and set monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas.
* Develop relationships with local business owners in the territory.
* Set personal scheduled working hours and submit them weekly to the sales manager.
* Follow up on provided sales leads and cold‑call businesses in person, balancing cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments.
* Submit daily sales metrics and activity.

* Willing to work a full‑time work week (40 hours).

Qualifications
* Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain a Health & Life producer license – licensing reimbursement offered).
* Bachelors degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional post‑high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered.
