Role: Automatic Door Engineer
Salary: £45,857 + D2D + Van (Personal use permitted)
Location: Dorset
Shift: Monday – Friday (42.5 hours)
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x and 2x
On Call: 1/7 weeks + £140 Standby + £80 call out bonus + Overtime rates

As an Automatic Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Service, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on Automatic Doors, Sliding, Swing and Revolving.
Following EN16005 guidelines to ensure doors are left in a safe manor
Offering fantastic face to face customer service
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with clients and management to ensure customer requirements are met
Willingness to partake in the on-call rota (approx. 1/8)
Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Ensuring van stock is always kept up to requirements
The successful Automatic Door Engineer will have the following experience
Previous experience in the Automatic Door industry
EN16005 qualification
The ability to work individually and as part of a team
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with industrial doors, gates or barriers would be advantageous
The Automatic and Industrial Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes

Power tools and phone are provided
Unlimited overtime available and paid at 1.5x / 2x
On call standby (£140pw) with additional payments for call outs after hours
