Overview We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our Cleints care home team and support residents in a large, well-established residential care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living, and promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal care including washing, dressing, continence care, and mobility support. Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition needs. Support residents in maintaining independence, social engagement, and daily routines. Accurately follow care plans and report any changes in residents' needs or conditions. Maintain records of care provided and observations made in line with home policies. Requirements Previous experience in a care home, domiciliary care, or healthcare setting preferred (training may be provided). Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Overview We are recruiting experienced and confident Senior Care Assistants to support a large residential home through our agency. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example in delivering outstanding care, supervising junior staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective support at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of care assistants during shifts, delegating tasks appropriately. Deliver high-quality personal and practical care to residents in line with care plans. Administer and record medication safely (where training/competence allows). Monitor residents' well-being, promptly reporting and escalating concerns to senior management or nursing staff. Contribute to the creation and review of care plans, risk assessments, and handovers. Act as a role model, ensuring all care assistants work to high professional and ethical standards. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a care setting, with previous supervisory or senior care experience. NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred. Competency in administering medication (training/certification advantageous). Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
