Job Description:
Assistant - Management Accounting
We are searching for an experienced Assistant - Management Accounting.
About the company
RSM is regarded as one of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today. We are the UK’s 7th largest accounting firm, employing nearly 3,500 people in over 35 offices across the UK. We are members of RSM International, the 6th largest global accounting network with over 128 member and correspondent firms in 120 countries, and in excess of 38,000 people worldwide.
About the department
Outsourcing is a key service offered by RSM to its client base, both in the UK and internationally, driving key relationships on the back of long-term annuity engagements in its mid-market space. This includes functions such as payroll, transactional processing, bookkeeping, and company secretarial duties. RSM’s outsourcing services are valuable for UK businesses and international organizations investing into the UK, as well as multinational corporations seeking a consistent global outsourced service. Utilizing RSM’s outsourcing services alleviates the management burden of finance functions and regulatory compliance.
To support the OTS strategy, a change programme has been established to standardize processes, implement an ERP system, and build a ‘Large Corporate Centre (LCC)’ in Belfast to provide outsourced business services to clients.
