✨ Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

📍 Location: Fareham
🕒 Hours: 39 per week

✨ What You’ll Do
1. ✅ Be a role model and mentor for young people in our care
2. ✅ Support and guide your team, including two on-call duties per week
3. ✅ Carry out audits (medication, observation sheets, keywork files) to keep everything running smoothly
4. ✅ Work closely with the Registered Manager and attend regular supervision meetings
5. ✅ Ensure safeguarding and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
💡 What We’re Looking For
6. 🎓 Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
7. 💪 At least 2 years’ experience working with children with emotional/mental health needs
8. 🗣 Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
9. 🤝 A team player who’s flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
10. 🛡 Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
11. 🚗 Full UK driving licence for manual vehicles and access to your own car (due to the rural location of the home)
