The opportunity: We’d love to hear from experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisers actively looking to progress into Wealth Advice.
Through expert-led training, structured learning pathways, and tailored support, you’ll gain the technical knowledge, confidence, and regulatory qualifications needed to broaden your advice offering and deliver holistic financial planning that deepens client relationships and grows long-term value for your career.
By completing our Business School programme and achieving Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, you’ll unlock a clear and rewarding career path with us. This milestone marks your success in becoming qualified and guarantees you a secure, employed position as a fully qualified Wealth Adviser. From day one, you’ll step into a role where your expertise, ambition, and drive are recognised and rewarded, with the opportunity to make a real impact on clients’ financial futures while building a long-term career in wealth management.
These opportunities are based in Swindon, with hybrid options.

What will you need to succeed?
* CEMAP or equivalent
* Established experience in both Mortgage and Protection Advice
* Outstanding communication capability, able to engage and inspire customers
* Proven track record of exceeding quality and commercial targets
* Adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
* Drive, determination and integrity
