Start People are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well‑established client in Gateshead.
This role will initially begin on day shift, with a move to a permanent night shift once fully trained.
Shift Patterns & Pay
Day Shift (Training Period)
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
£12.80 per hour
Permanent Night Shift
Monday to Thursday | 8:30pm – 7:00am
£14.60 per hour
✅ Overtime available
Duties Include
* Taping units and preparing products for production
* Loading and unloading items on the production line
* Operating machinery (full training provided)
* Quality checking finished products to ensure standards are met
