Location: Trafford (Commutable from: Manchester, Warrington, Stockport, Knutsford, Stretford, Eccles)

Overview

Are you from a Castings, Foundry or Metallurgy background and are looking for an excellent opportunity to step into a senior management position within a market‑leading organisation with clear long‑term progression and specialist training to develop your skillset further?

On offer is the chance to work within a company who are an industry leader within their field and have developed a fantastic reputation due to the training they provide their staff.

Due to the company's recent success, they are now in a period of growth and are looking to expand upon their current team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide technical support to all departments across all processes in the business.
• Lead technical management of production.
• Occasionally work hands‑on across continuous improvement projects, shaping company processes.
• Operate Monday – Friday (Friday Early Finish).

Qualifications

• Experience with managing or leading a team.
• Casting, Foundry or Metallurgy background.
• Commutable to Trafford.
• Knowledge of Foundry, Casting, Investment Casting, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, Management.

Benefits and Salary

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 with training and days based schedule. Excellent company benefits.
